03 / INSIDE HAOFEI
Haofei Plastic Factory is based in Wen’an, Langfang, Hebei, China. Our plastic mold and molded-part projects connect tooling with injection production, with the scope and samples agreed around your requirements.
04 / THE FULL WORKFLOW
Seven stages of a tooling and injection molding project. We agree on the scope and deliverables around your available files, samples and supply requirements.

Share drawings, sample photos, application, material and expected quantity to define the starting point.
Check formats, dimensions and revisions. For physical samples, discuss measurement and modeling first.
Review manufacturability around wall thickness, draft, parting lines, gates and assembly requirements.
Agree on mold structure, cavity count, steel, mold base and applicable component standards.
Proceed with machining, assembly and fit checks according to the agreed design.
Assess first-trial dimensions, appearance and fit; record adjustments and confirm samples.
Plan production, inspection, packaging and delivery against approved samples and quality requirements.
For 3D scanning, reverse engineering, STEP conversion or specified mold-base and component standards such as HASCO, include the requirement in your inquiry. Feasibility, delivery method and cost are confirmed per project.
Upload drawings to discuss your projectShare the application, drawings or sample photos, material, expected quantity and delivery target. Critical dimensions and surface requirements help clarify the proposal.
Yes. Tell us if you need tooling, plastic parts or both, and whether a mold already exists. The exact supply scope is confirmed for each project.
Upload PDF, STEP/STP, IGS/IGES, DWG, DXF, STL, ZIP or common image formats in the inquiry form. Up to 5 files, 10 MB per file and 20 MB total. Drawing revisions and suitability are confirmed for each project.
Minimum quantities, tooling costs, sampling and lead times depend on the material, geometry and order volume. They are confirmed in the project quotation.
